so fresh and so clean

I love that feel after just dusting my consoles, pc, displays, and devices, then deep sweeping my apartment. ahhh :D cleanliness is next to godlikeness, or so I'm gonna say. as for the actual gaming, still mostly grinding mw3. starcraft is just too multitasking intensive for my abused, aging brain lol I like to play games I can actually do well at. gotta keep climbing to the top in mdub, and I'd like to take it back to the streets of fighting games as well in the near future. the only way to improve is just to play, take my losses, and learn from them. as it is in life, so shall it be in gaming. amen

MW3 - 7th Prestige Stats

Lucky number 7.. Kinda rage-retired from League, too frustrating being forced to cooperate with fucktards constantly. Been mostly grinding Mdub, with a bit of StarCraft 2 silver league 1v1 action on the side. Winter is here, so hopefully I can focus more on doing work ^^

The Sixth Prestige

Still grinding Mdub. Can't stop, won't stop. I will play MW3 until my dying day. Haters gon' hate, players congratulate. One day Kunichiban will stand triumphantly atop the leaderboards, it is inevitable. It is my destiny.

Roots

Recovered my original NES, SNES, Genesis, accessories, and at least a few games.. They'd been chillin' in a New Mexico storage unit for 14+ years.. This is where it all began

Dat Plat

Hit Platinum for Takedowns, playing Gangplank 99.9% of the time. Pretty stoked. Feeling motivated to turn all of those emblems into Shiny Diamonds $$

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

Difficulty: Knight (Hard)

Though I still prefer the 2d Castlevanias, Lords of Shadow manages to be a pretty decent 3d offering. The visual presentation delivers some breathtaking scenes. The narration by Patrick Stewart is especially entertaining. A few of the classic Castlevania elements such as the secondary weapons, and destroying candlesticks/other parts of the environment to find items are included. Many of the enemy types are traditional Castlevania as well. The game also drew inspiration from Shadow of The Colossus with gigantic boss battles that require you to scale them and find their weak points, while clinging to avoid being shaken off.

Overall it didn't exactly capture the feel of the earlier games in the series for me, but stands alone as a solid singleplayer experience. Playing through on Knight difficulty did provide somewhat of a challenge. There are collectibles, and optional trials for each stage supplying some additional replay value.

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Campaign

Difficulty: Normal

Definitely an epic journey from start to finish. Easily some of the best cinematics I've ever seen, Blizzard knows what's up. Interesting mission design, plenty of achievements, a solid single-player experience. Loved the nostalgic throwbacks and what-not. I should probably play on the harder difficulties, and attempt to obtain the more challenging achievements at some point.. Too many games, too little time XD

LoL(ololol)

Somehow I got sucked into the League of Legends craze that is sweeping the Universe. I'm still playing MW3 of course, until I obtain a ridiculous rank. Just had to see what all the hype was about with League. There's nothing like hearing an overly dramatic female announcer repeatedly pronounce LEGENDARY, as you blast down opponents with a blunderbuss. It makes me want to be a better man.
